4/5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟
If you’ve ever thought to yourself, “Wow, I’m so hungry, I could eat 3-4 regular-sized ravioli,” then boy oh boy, do I have a Lean Cuisine for you.
The Spinach Artichoke Ravioli Lean Cuisine kind of resembles Applebee’s famous Spinach and Artichoke Dip, if the chefs at Applebees gave up halfway through making it. Honestly? It works.
Once again, the back of this box promises me that the ingredients in this could be found in my own pantry, and I am a little flattered that the good people at Lean Cuisine assume I’m fancy enough to have artichokes stocked in my kitchen. Do they think I’m just bringing frozen meals for lunch because I like how quaint it is? Bon appetit!
Taste: 4/5
It’s like an Olive Garden knock-off and that’s a pretty high compliment.
Also, I’m not sure why, but there’s the distinct hint of alcohol in this one. Not in a “white wine added for flavor” way, more in a “I left a rum and coke in this water bottle for a week and a half, does this water taste kind of like Captain Morgan’s to you?” way.
Ease of Cooking: ⅗
Another classic “microwave, stir, microwave again” trick. Rude.
Appearance: ⅗
It’s like the photo on the box is from Glamour Shots at the mall. It’s softer, more glam, a little more sparkle. But at least it’s the same food, just with a better perm!
Overall: 4/5
Someone call the Michelin Man, because I think we need to give out some STARS!
